The new type of compound fertilizer granulator utilizes aerodynamic force generated by high-speed rotating mechanical stirring within the cylinder to continuously mix, granulate, spheroidize, extrude, collide, compact, and strengthen fine materials, ultimately forming them into granules. This machine is widely employed in the production of high nitrogen content fertilizers, including organic and inorganic compound fertilizers.

• The frame is welded with thickened channel steel
• The drum is welded from thickened steel plate and adopts drum form construction
• The granulating mechanism employs screw-teeth rotating method
• The internal drive utilizes coupling soft-connect mode
• External transmission uses cast-steel-gear meshing

This machine operates using high-speed rotating mechanical shearing force and the resulting air power to continuously implement mixing, granulating, spheroidizing, and densification processes for fine powder materials, achieving the granulation objective.
